At Decanted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and gently used products. If a fragrance or skincare item doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
